This application will take ten to fifteen minutes to complete and will be processed within 24 hours. You will need some or all the following information:

• Federal Tax ID number.
• At least two (2) current trade references with a contact name and email address for each.
• Please note that providing a personal guarantee will increase the likelihood of your application receiving credit approval. If you (the applicant) are not the individual providing the personal guarantee, you will need the name and email address of the individual providing that guarantee.
• If sales will be tax exempt, you will be required to upload a copy of your tax exemption certificate with this application. By state law, sales tax will be charged until an exemption certificate is received and approved.

NOTE: Once you submit the application, if you wish to send any notes/comments to the Credit Department, click on 'Log/Review Issue'. We will review any additional notes you send along with the application.
