If you see a pop-up message that says:
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Review the message on the screen.
This message means that your information already exists in the system from a prior account or application.
Step 2: Check your email inbox.
The system will send you an email with a link to verify your identity.
Step 3: Open the verification email.
Look for the email associated with your application and open the message.
Step 4: Click the verification link in the email.
This confirms your identity and helps the system connect your new application to your existing account.
Step 5: Return to the application.
After verifying your identity, you should be able to re-access the application and continue the process.
Step 6: If you do not see the email, click “Resend.”
On the pop-up message, select the “Resend” link to have the verification email sent again.
Step 7: Check your spam or junk folder if needed.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
This step is used when your information is already associated with an existing profile in the system. Verifying your identity allows the system to group multiple applications under the same account.
